I have lost my ticket — can you resend it?
You can resend it yourself. Log in, go to My Account → Tickets, and download it again. Every ticket has its own QR code and can be re-downloaded as many times as you need.
Can I change my date?
Yes, up to 48 hours before your booked night, subject to availability on the night you want to move to. Email us with your order number.
Do you take group bookings?
Yes. For groups, email us with the venue, the date and how many people — we will confirm what is available on that night.
What are the access arrangements?
Access varies a lot by venue. Historic buildings often have steep stairs, uneven floors and limited step-free access; scare parks are mostly outdoor and flatter. Email us before booking and we will tell you honestly what a specific venue is like.
Is it suitable for children?
Family and twilight tiers are open to all ages with an adult. After-dark and vigil tiers are age-restricted — the age policy is on every ticket option.
What if I want to cancel my ticket?
If you cancel your ticket, you will receive a refund within 14 working days.
