About this
Event Description
- This is a family twilight event at an English Heritage site — there is no ghost hunting: no EMF meters, EVP or spirit boxes, no séances or table-tipping, and no overnight investigation of any kind.
- Instead it is a lantern-lit grounds trail with storytelling built on the castle’s own documented White Lady and Blue Lady legends. Suitable for families and all ages.
A gentle twilight event at Berry Pomeroy Castle — a Grade I listed ruined Tudor mansion within an earlier castle near Totnes, Devon, cared for by English Heritage.
Long associated with the ‘White Lady’ and ‘Blue Lady’ legends, Berry Pomeroy opens for a family-friendly lantern-lit evening — a storytelling trail through the illuminated grounds rather than a scare or overnight hunt.
Your evening
- Twilight – Adult — the lantern-lit grounds trail and a storytelling session.
- Twilight – Child — the same gentle experience, priced for children.
- Family — a combined ticket for the whole household.
